It was hard to find a good trail around Santa Fe even with the help of local riders. There are almost no trails at all. It rains all the time and it is almost to cold for mountainbiking. In addition, after the ride it was impossible to find good food. That’s why we can not recommend New Mexico as a good riding destination. People, go to Texas. It’s way better there.

Geht nicht nach New Mexico zum Mountainbiken.*
Selbst mit der Hilfe von lokalen Mountainbikern haben wir keine genialen Trails gefunden. Es regnet die ganze Zeit und es ist fast zu kalt zum Mountainbiken. Zudem war es nach den mega langweiligen und nicht anspruchsvollen Touren fast unmöglich ein Restaurant mit gutem Essen zu finden. Es ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert hierher zu kommen. Geht nach Texas. Dort ist es viel besser.
* In Wahrheit stimmt das Gegenteil, aber sagt es nicht weiter! Uns wurde gesagt, wir sollen nicht weitersagen, wie genial dieses Mountainbike-Gebiet ist.
